Before any project commences, MEI Design and the client agree on a set of clearly defined project deliverables and timelines. These deliverables are established by MEI Design as the supplier, based on proven production and installation schedules.

If MEI Design fails to meet any of the agreed delivery milestones, financial penalties for late delivery are automatically imposed according to the contract. This approach ensures that the risk is not unfairly placed on the client — it is shared and owned by us.
