In an industry where deadlines are often promised but rarely guaranteed, this contract is designed to protect our clients against late or non-delivery. Before any project begins, MEI Design and the client agree on a set of clearly defined project deliverables and timelines. These deliverables are dictated by MEI Design as the supplier, based on proven production and installation schedules.

Should MEI Design fail to meet any of the agreed delivery milestones, financial penalties are automatically applied in accordance with the contract. This ensures that risk is not unfairly transferred to the client — it is shared, and owned, by us.

This contract transforms deadlines from intentions into enforceable commitments, giving our clients complete confidence that their exhibition stand will be delivered on time, exactly as promised.
